We had just closed on a house on Friday night on Dec 20th, we went back to the house on Monday, the 21st, around 3:30 pm, and noticed the house was cold and out of oil. We called Bees and explained the situation and that we needed oil as soon as possible. She called back to let us know that, unfortunately, she couldn't get anyone out there that day, which I understood as it was so late in the day, but said she could have someone out in the morning (Christmas Eve) to not only put oil in but get the boiler restarted. The gentleman was there in the morning, and very helpful and very friendly and it was cold out!!!! We are veryyyy happy new customers!!! They were very prompt and extremely helpful!!

My family has dealt with several of the local oil companies for years. We finally switched over to bees, and I can't tell you how much we wish we had done it sooner. They are exceptional with their customer service. From the office to the delivery drivers, everyone is pleasant and more than helpful. When we ask for a delivery, they usually fit us in the same day we call. The owner are very nice and always around to answer questions or just to say hello. I can't tell you how much we've appreciated having them as our oil company for several years now. I'd highly recommend this company for any needs you may have. Very, very competitive pricing!
